Through our internal IoT venture project teams, we’re able to provide real time information and guidance for improving systems and processes. Currently, our IoT ventures include qlair, Senzit HD, and Streametric. However, we are regularly adding new teams and projects to our portfolio.
qlair
qlair provides the sensors, data and solutions needed to ensure continuous clean air for occupant wellbeing and operating efficiency. Leveraging data from leading air quality and HVAC filter monitors, the qlair platforms allows building owners and managers to detect, analyze and mitigate air quality issues proactively.
The data and insights derived from this process are also beneficial in integrations with smart building systems, and can be leveraged by HVAC contractors, consultants and more to increase the value of their services.
